Meet Aaron
This is Aaron Rees (AJ). AJ has always had a passion to work with and support young people who may be going through a difficult time. AJ tried a number of jobs that didn't quite suit his ambitions. Watch the video to find out if he managed to secure his dream job.
Meet Farrah
"Where other people would see my struggles and set a limit, e.g. she can't work. She's not capable...Kath (Communities for Work) and Hannah (Quickstart) saw my struggles and helped me first to define them, and then to accommodate them. Now I am in a work environment where I am able to vocalise my needs as an Autistic person, be valued and have purpose as well as the structure I desperately need. I would probably not be here if not for this support.
